This global car brand had one goal: to make Christmas unforgettable for their employees’ children. We’re talking sleigh bells, sparkle, and serious festive feels. They wanted a party that would transport everyone away to a holiday wonderland – no plane tickets required. Who better to bring this exciting brief to life than The PS Events Group.
With a sprinkle of imagination and a sleigh-load of planning, The PS Events Group created a Christmas village so magical it would have undoubtedly made the North Pole jealous.
- Winter Wonderland Vibes: The venue was beautifully decorated in classic red and white with twinkling fairy lights casting a warm glow over every corner, lush festive foliage, and an abundance of snowy charm. They created a space that was Insta-worthy from every angle.
- Crafty Christmas Fun: Mrs. Claus and her team of cheerful elves hosted bespoke interactive workshops inside dreamy curtain lodges, where children made mindful Christmas wishes and had fun with Christmas crafts that they could take home and enjoy.
- Live Christmas Magic: Characters in bespoke costumes brought the holiday story to life with carefully scripted performances and a soundtrack that hit every nostalgic note. From the moment of arrival, the soundscape set the scene for a truly magical experience.
- Santa’s Big Entrance: Of course, the grand finale was a visit from the big man himself. Cameras out, eyes wide, hearts full – there were tears from the adults, they succeeded in capturing the hearts of all invested in the magic.
- Smooth Behind-the-Scenes: The PS Events Group managed everything – from the creative theme concept to character casting to script writing to workshop coordination to the full transformation of the space – so all the parents had to do was sit back and watch their children immerse themselves in the magic of Christmas.
The Results
Pure magic. Children were immersed in a holiday dream, parents were snapping photos like paparazzi, and the entire event had the magical charm of a Christmas movie come to life. Every moment was crafted to bring joy, wonder, festive cheer and those emotive tears of joy and nostalgia.
